Job Description:

Responsibilities include overseeing editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to deliver top-notch videos. You will also be responsible for transforming briefs into engaging narratives while maintaining brand consistency. Additionally, you will implement AI-based tools to accelerate editing and automate repetitive processes, track and analyze video performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to improve content hooks and overall quality.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in video production with a strong focus on post-production and creative direction.
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and advanced post-production workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for editing, automation, and asset generation.
  • Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve creative outputs; organized approach to file and data management for scalable workflows.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and social media insights for performance tracking.
  • Experience in SaaS/B2B or tech-based content creation.
