Facade Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to carry out facade installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in Lahore. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that building facades are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair various types of building facades, including glass, metal, and stone
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or damages
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and sealing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems or malfunctions
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facade installation, maintenance, or repair
  • Extensive knowledge of different facade materials and their properties
  • Strong technical skills and ability to use tools and equipment effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Good physical stamina for working at heights
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role
  • Additional certifications or training in facade installation/maintenance will be an advantage

Location:

This position is based in Lahore. Candidates must already have their own accommodation and valid visa for employment in Pakistan.
