As a seasoned project professional, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure that projects are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
  • Ensure timely delivery, within scope, and within budget
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage resource availability and allocation
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate as needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet with clients to clarify project requirements
  • Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths and experience levels
  • Track project performance to analyze successful completion of goals
  • Make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to share with clients and team members
  • Continuously develop leadership skills
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong educational background in computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the IT sector
  • Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
