Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

This role involves supporting project managers with ongoing projects, monitoring plans, schedules, and resources.

To succeed, the candidate must be able to work under tight deadlines, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for project execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and quality standards.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Manage resource allocation and availability.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and systems.
Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

Experience in project coordination and team leadership.
