Card Product Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Card Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients in profit and growth for cards.
The successful candidate will have experience in card product management, project management, and coordination between different functions. They will also have strong knowledge of consumer banking and card products.
You will guide and support in executing strategies aimed at generating revenue through products in alignment with consumer banking strategy. This includes recommending pricing, providing sales tools and training the sales team to ensure knowledge transfer resulting in successful sales in partnership with acquisitions.
The role involves managing product management for cards, audits, compliance matters, and complaints support. You will provide guidance and support to client-facing professionals and sales teams to solve complex client needs through products.
In addition, you will monitor product performance post-roll-out and help resolve product or sales issues to ensure continuous product improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or Business) and experience in Cards product management, project management, and coordination between different functions.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can execute marketing campaigns and develop end-to-end solutions. The ability to train internal stakeholders and perform competitive benchmarking is also essential.
Mandatory Skills:
