Main ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of customer card-related solutions.
  • Analyse customer technical requirements and identify potential solutions.
Pre-Sales
  • Proactively understand customer technical needs and identify opportunities for BPS products and services.
  • Create awareness among customers about BPS offerings.
Project Management
  • Act as the Customer Project Owner for all projects with the customer.
  • Manage project costs and schedules.
Implementation
  • Develop detailed specifications for card personalization and data processing.
Technical Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer technical inquiries.

This is a key position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
