Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with regional teams to understand local dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to develop and implement campaigns.

Campaign Execution:

  • Launch campaigns across diverse channels (digital, print, events).
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful rollouts.

Budget Management:

  • Provide regular budget performance updates and insights.

Performance Measurement:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Leverage insights to optimize future campaigns, aiming for improved ROI.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management, ideally in an Assistant Manager role or BPO industry.
  • Proven experience in campaign creation and execution.

Skills Required:

  • Strong cross-cultural communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
  • Capable of managing multiple campaigns and addressing project challenges simultaneously.
  • Understanding of cultural differences and their influence on campaign strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
