At She Means Work, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management of our office.

This role is responsible for planning and coordinating administrative procedures, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring inventory of office supplies
  • Responding to incoming communications
  • Assisting with human resources activities
  • Ensuring timely ordering and stocking of office supplies and equipment

Additionally, this role involves supervising clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Knowledge of MS Office and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Team player with leadership skills

Salary: 20-30K per annum. Experience: 0-6 months.
