Procurement Professional Required

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing reliable vendors and suppliers.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality services.
  • Coordinate the procurement process from initial vendor identification through contract negotiation and agreement.
  • Oversee all aspects of purchasing, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and industry standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil or construction-related industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis); familiarity with procurement software is an added advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
