We are seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our AI-powered automation products.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone with a strong software engineering background who is passionate about quality, eager to explore cutting-edge QA technologies, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute comprehensive QA strategies for AI automation products.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Solution Enablement teams to translate requirements into robust test plans.
  • Identify potential edge cases, failure points, and system-level risks early in the development lifecycle.

A Day in the Life:

As a QA Engineer, you will spend your time reviewing overnight CI/CD test runs, investigating failures, and triaging issues. You will also meet with Engineering to discuss new feature test coverage, develop automated test scripts for new API integrations, and run end-to-end validation on customer-facing automation workflows.

Requirements:
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and test automation frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven testing tools or strong desire to learn and implement.
