Job Summary
As a Senior Compliance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in the customer support department. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, promoting a culture of excellence within the organization, and enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will manage daily functions, respond to complex customer support issues in a timely manner, develop and implement customer support processes, create and revise policies, communicate new product information, analyze statistics, evaluate team performance, conduct performance evaluations, and collaborate with corporate counsel and HR to monitor regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily functions of the customer support department
* Respond to complex customer support issues in a timely manner
* Develop and implement customer support processes to elevate customer experience
* Create and revise customer support policies, ensuring effective implementation
* Communicate new product information, procedures, and trends to the team
* Analyze support statistics and prepare comprehensive reports on findings
* Evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
* Conduct performance evaluations, adhering to company policy and disciplinary procedures
* Collaborate with corporate counsel and HR to monitor regulatory compliance

Requirements
* 1 year of experience in Customer Support and/or Compliance
* Proven track record in providing excellent customer service
* Strong knowledge of management methods and techniques
* Proficient in English language
* Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
* Awareness of industry trends and applications
* Ability to think strategically and lead the team
* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
