Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our project activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, review and analysis of project activities.

The role involves close coordination with local government departments and public health engineering department at district level, leading/supervising field team, orientating and facilitating project staff, submitting updates, organizing project implementation meetings, evaluating project functioning, preparing reports, monitoring budget and cash flows, and providing presentations on the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of project documents, including construction drawings and specifications, as well as business process documents for planning and implementation of livelihood, WASH CPIs, and Solarization activities.
  • Build strong relationships with Local Government Department and Public Health Engineering Department at the district level to ensure effective collaboration and support for program implementation.
  • Lead and supervise field teams to ensure the quality of work in flood-affected districts areas of Mirpur Khas.
  • Orientate and facilitate project staff about project activities.
  • Submit regular updates, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Organize, lead, and coordinate project implementation meetings.
  • Evaluate project performance to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Prepare internal and external reports according to contractual agreements.
  • Monitor budget and cash flows.
  • Provide presentations on the project at internal and external levels as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to write and speak using the local language and English language.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Social Studies, Sociology, or relevant fields from a HEC recognized university.
  • Minimum 05 years of relevant field-based experience in implementation and management roles with progressive responsibilities in NGOs/INGOs.
