Project Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities">

  • ">
  • The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and review of project activities.">
  • They will be responsible for capacity building and formation of Village Climate Adaptation Forums (VCAF).">
  • Providing Emergency Response toolkits to VCAF is a key part of this role.">
  • A thorough understanding of project documents, including construction drawings and specifications, as well as business processes/DIP for planning and implementation of Livelihood, WASH CPIs & Solarization activities, is required.">
  • Close coordination with Local Government Department and Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) at the district level is necessary to build synergies with their program and seek support for program implementation.">
  • The successful candidate will lead/supervise the field team and ensure the quality of work in flood-affected districts areas of Mirpur Khas.">
  • Orientating and facilitating the project staff about project activities is a key responsibility.">
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly updates are mandatory.">
  • Organizing, leading, and coordinating project implementation meetings is essential.">
  • Evaluation process for smooth project functioning will be the responsibility of the successful candidate.">
  • Internal and external reports in accordance with the contractual agreement must be prepared.">
  • Budget and cash flows must be monitored.">
  • Presentations on the project at internal and external levels as required are expected.">
  • Implementation methodology for efficiency in terms of inputs and verifiable results will be implemented.">
  • Support to team members in smooth project implementation and developing required skills will be provided.">
  • Other tasks assigned by the Head of Program will be performed.">
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is essential.

Requirements">
