  • Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing productivity in the branch by implementing efficient workflows and strategies.
  • Branch Maintenance: Ensure the branch adheres to hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Customer Experience:
  • Positive Customer Engagement: Foster a positive customer experience, effectively managing complaints and escalations in a timely manner.
Leadership & Teamwork:
  • Collaboration: Establish mutual respect and trust when interacting with colleagues, fostering a positive team dynamic.
Operational Effectiveness & Control:
  • Operational Compliance: Adhere to established operational standards set by the bank, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • AML/KYC Compliance: Understand the legal responsibility to identify and report suspicious activities, supporting the Country or Regional FCC AML Office/AML Investigations as required.
  • Training & Development: Complete assigned AML and Sanctions-related training within the mandated timeframe and request additional training as necessary to perform job duties effectively.
  • PEP Acceptance Guidelines: Demonstrate understanding of PEP acceptance, prohibition, CDD & EDD guidelines to ensure INM RBWM compliance with PEP LoBP.
  • Risk Awareness: Identify high-risk indicators for various products and services offered by INM RBWM, taking necessary remediation steps in case of breach or non-adherence to policy.
  • Due Diligence: Undertake due diligence to ensure transaction nature aligns with customer profiles, raising concerns to line managers for further clarification if necessary.
