Job Title: Operations Director

HBL Microfinance Bank Ltd is a pioneering microfinance institution that aims to combat poverty and improve the socio-economic well-being of society by providing financial opportunities to underserved households.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Director located in Hyderabad. The Operations Director will oversee the daily operations of the bank, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Operations Director will play a key role in resource management, risk management, and client relationship management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bank to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage team performance, provide leadership, and drive achievement of operational goals.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support business goals and customer service standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operational management, process improvement, and resource management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
