Senior Technical Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing, planning and developing project requirements, as well as assigning and overseeing daily tasks of technical personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze and Plan Project Requirements: Develop and implement project plans, including establishing clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members.
  2. Lead Technical Teams: Hold regular meetings with the technical team to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
  3. Mentor and Coach Staff: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and abilities.
  4. Research and Evaluate Technology Options: Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options, weighing the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company.
  5. Ensure Smooth Operations: Update and maintain all production technologies, ensuring proper maintenance and installation.
Requirements:
  • Professional Certification: Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Strong Understanding of Project Management: Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
  • Personal Accountability: Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams.
  • Collaborative Environment: Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
  • Managerial Experience: Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Graduate Degree: Graduated in Computer Sciences or related technical field required (i.e., Project Management).
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the field.
