Job Description

Our organization is seeking an accomplished purchasing professional to oversee the procurement of goods and supplies.

  • Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of all required materials.
  • Direct warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, shipping, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to synchronize demand and optimize supply chain management.
  • Solve complex purchasing-related problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate optimal terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase returns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Oversee daily operations of the department and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in our ERP system.
  • Lead and manage the purchasing team effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving purchasing goals and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
