Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Specialist to configure complex client reports from standard systems under broad guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply established policies and procedures to resolve issues of moderate scope, exercising judgment within defined guidelines.

  • Receive and document requests for new custom reports using data or access information on file regarding contractual orders.

  • Define report elements and validate client needs against data content instructions.

  • Identify products for inclusion in reports and enter specifications into the report generation system.

  • Ensure accuracy of own and others' work, answer questions from less experienced colleagues, and act as a subject matter expert.

  • Manage day-to-day activities, provide direct support to client-facing teams, and serve as an escalation point for resolving exceptions.

  • Support business development and implement new systems and offerings, performing ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing processes.

  • Provide software training to clients and possess strong PC literacy skills, including Word, Excel, and Access.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.


• Two years of work experience, including experience in client report specification.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
