  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless solution delivery and implementation, including product development, engineering, and customer support.

Upselling and Cross-selling:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
  • Develop strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
