Job Title: Medical Officer

We are seeking a skilled Medical Officer to provide medical expertise and treatment to our employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver primary medical care to on-job employees, including diagnosis, first aid treatment, and referrals.
  2. Conduct workplace risk assessments, monitor employee health, and implement measures to prevent work-related illnesses.
  3. Respond to medical emergencies, provide first aid, and coordinate evacuations if necessary.
  4. Maintain accurate medical records, manage approved medical supplies, and staff training/development.
  5. Evaluate compliance with local health regulations, company policies, and international medical standards.

Required qualifications include:

  • MBBS (FCPS)/MD or equivalent medical degree (RMP).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health, general practice, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Valid medical license, BLS/ACLS certification (or equivalent).

Key skills include:

  • Strong clinical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
