Senior Medical Science Liaison Professional

The Medical Science Liaison Manager role involves leading the development and management of a team responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Medical Science Liaison activities within the Medical Affairs department.
In collaboration with medical advisors, the MSL Manager develops and manages a Key Opinion Leader engagement plan aligned with Medical Science Liaison goals, objectives, and tactics.
Key Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with external scientific, medical, and managed care communities through expert peer-to-peer engagements.
- Identify, recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of Medical Science Liaisons to implement field initiatives.
- Develop and execute external/internal engagement and educational plans for healthcare professionals and key scientific leaders or KOLs.
- Lead medical education efforts by communicating scientific information to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure high-quality presentations of scientific data to healthcare professionals in various settings.
- Track and provide quantitative and qualitative data from Medical Science Liaison activities that demonstrate customer impact.
- Identify key deliverables, insights, and metrics that demonstrate the value of the Medical Science Liaison organization.
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with 2 years of direct experience managing teams
- Strong scientific and clinical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas
