Experience Designer Job Description

As an Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting user experiences that are intuitive and impactful. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive experience quality and user value.

This is a hands-on role that spans the full design spectrum, from discovery to delivery. You'll be responsible for transforming complex challenges into elegant solutions, while guiding and elevating design standards across the team.

Responsibilities
  • Translate business goals, research, and creative vision into clear, usable experiences.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process: from gathering requirements and conducting user research to creating IA diagrams, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Champion UX best practices and implement design thinking methodologies to craft exceptional digital experiences.
  • Deliver timely design outputs in an agile environment, supporting sprint cycles while ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business objectives.
  • Advocate for users throughout the design process using data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience designing consumer-facing products and applications.
  • Strong portfolio showing breadth of design work.
  • Ability to distill complex workflows into simple experiences.
  • Deep empathy for users combined with a strong product mindset.
  • Proven expertise in ideation, wireframing, user flows, information architecture, and prototyping.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering responsive designs within an agile environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data and inform design decisions.
