Main Accountabilities
  1. Long-Term Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Annual Delivery Plans (ADPs), considering downstream demand and upstream supplies of QG.
  2. Optimizing Terminal Operations: Revise the regasification plan of EETPL terminal as necessary for optimal performance.
  3. LNG Discharge Evaluation: Assess LNG quality and quantity discharge reports from Independent Surveyors and address any discrepancies.
  4. Regular Invoice Audits: Conduct periodic audits of invoices submitted by independent Consultant SGS Gulf.
  5. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and maintain data on LNG deliveries, re-gasified volumes, and daily stockpiles at the terminal.
  6. Document Management: Keep accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
  7. Inventory Strategies Development: Design and implement effective inventory management strategies in response to irregular situations such as schedule changes, RLNG off-take, or forced terminal shutdowns.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster open communication with the terminal operator to guarantee harmonious operations.
  9. Daily Inventory Verifications: Verify inventory levels in FSRU daily to prevent disruptions in operations.
  10. Terminal Outage Response: Collaborate with terminal operators to develop strategies for minimizing the impact of terminal outages on regasification activities.
  11. Streamlining Supply Chain Operations: Encourage collaboration between Gas Control and relevant stakeholders for efficient RLNG supply chain operations.
  12. Vessel Arrival Predictions: Calculate estimated laytime for upcoming vessels to minimize potential liabilities and demurrage.
  13. Scheduling and Planning: Review LNG Supplier's 90-day schedule from an operational standpoint and formulate a comprehensive operational plan.
  14. Direct Supervision: Execute additional tasks assigned by your direct supervisor.
