Job Role
  1. Review and finalize piping related deliverables, including plot plans, piping layouts, piping isometrics, piping design basis, and piping material specifications.
  2. Prepare data sheets for valves and special items.
  3. Create tie-in procedures, critical line lists, tie-in schedules, and tie-in sketches.
  4. Perform and review pipe stress calculations.
  5. Assist in identifying critical lines requiring pipe stress analysis and review line lists to ensure adequate criticality.
  6. Have experience performing stress analysis for various systems, such as metallic, FRP/HDPE piping, and cryogenic piping.
  7. Prepare pipe supports, including detailed drawings and schedules.
  8. Provide procurement support, including preparing data sheets, MRs, TBEs, vendor documents, and reviewing RFQs.
  9. Participate in project kick-off meetings, design reviews, and other relevant events.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
  2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FEED & Detail Engineering in the Oil and Gas sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards, as well as best engineering practices.
  4. Proficiency in drafting and analysis software, such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Navisworks, and CAESAR-II.
  5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
