Customer Relationship Management Specialist


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to design, implement, and manage customer relationship strategies, systems, and campaigns. The ideal candidate will own the CRM platform and ensure it is effectively leveraged to drive client acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation within the Forex trading lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies focused on trader segmentation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Map and optimize the full customer lifecycle in the Forex environment.
  • Create personalized, automated workflows and email journeys for different trader segments.
  • Platform Management
  • Own and manage the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or a custom Forex CRM).
  • Ensure smooth integration of CRM with trading platforms (MT4/MT5/cTrader), client portals, KYC/AML tools, and marketing systems.
  • Data & Analysis
  • Monitor KPIs such as client activation rate, churn, LTV, reactivation success, and campaign performance.
  • Work with Data and Compliance teams to ensure accurate data flows and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CySEC).
  • Coordinate with Sales, Support, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute email, SMS, push notification, and in-app message campaigns for traders globally.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM management within a Forex, financial services, or online trading environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or industry-specific CRMs).
  • Understanding of Forex trading, client behaviors, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with customer data platforms, segmentation, and funnel metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM integration with MetaTrader (MT4/MT5), trading APIs, and KYC/AML solutions.
  • Knowledge of multilingual and multi-region CRM communications.
