PHP Development Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong foundation in software development and be skilled in ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of core product software and databases.

  • You will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software and databases to guarantee their stability and efficiency.
  • Implementation of customizations, enhancements, change requests, and bug fixes will also be part of your duties.
  • You will closely monitor and evaluate product performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • In addition, you will adhere to industry best practices to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Programming Expertise: Proficiency in object-oriented PHP programming is essential.
  • Design Patterns: Understanding of MVC design patterns is necessary for efficient system development.
  • Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with popular PHP web frameworks such as CodeIgniter, Laravel, Yii, etc., is required.
  • Platform Limitations: Knowledge of the limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds is crucial for successful implementation.
  • Databases and Tools: Experience with relational databases, version control tools, and developing web services is highly valued.
