We are seeking a skilled Integration/Solutions Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role involves building out our backend third-party integration systems as we scale.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Growth, and other functions to test, analyze, document, and plan integrations with partners across the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Development: Develop integrations with Banks, Mobile Wallet providers, and other partners.
  • API Testing and Analysis: Test 3rd party APIs using Postman or similar tools, analyze 3rd party API documentation, and identify inconsistencies, problems, or ambiguities in the API behavior.
  • Communication and Troubleshooting: Communicate with partners to troubleshoot issues, communicate technical updates to internal stakeholders in a timely fashion, and monitor existing API integrations for problems - analyze logs, build dashboards, check queues, etc.

Requirements
  • 5+ years working experience in a professional environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities, setting expectations with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Postman.
  • Experience with testing or using REST & SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of JSON & XML.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Excellent time management skills and desire to work across time zones.
