Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

  • Maintain accurate sales and marketing databases, including contact information and customer/prospect files.
  • Develop, train, and lead the marketing team on new service launches and competitive analysis, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Create engaging campaign brochures and leaflets in collaboration with external design resources, enhancing visual storytelling and brand recognition.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan, calendar of activities, and budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Promote products and services through effective public relations initiatives, leveraging media coverage and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute events and exhibits that showcase our brand's value proposition, driving lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and communicate it to administration for strategic development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Academic Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable university, with a strong foundation in marketing concepts.

Candidates with relevant experience in marketing will be preferred; however, fresh graduates with a solid understanding of marketing principles and methods can also apply and will be considered.

  • Proficient in social media marketing, leveraging platforms to engage audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills, enabling effective team management and strategic planning.
  • Well-organized and productive, committed to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, taking initiative to drive results and achieve shared objectives.
