About the Role

Job Summary: We seek a dynamic leader to head our marketing team, developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Optimize global paid campaigns, improve performance, and increase return on ad spend.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels like pay-per-click, search engine optimization, display, and social media.
  • Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, generate insights, and optimize efforts.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to align strategies.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; master's preferred.
  • 7+ years in performance or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Proven results in customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
