Job Description
We are seeking an Organizational Performance Director to join our team and drive organizational performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating an atmosphere where people and performance are prioritized in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will be able to rapidly and peacefully resolve concerns involving employees, ensuring that organizational policies are consistently and fairly applied.
- MORE THAN 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELDS OF ONBOARDING, MOTIVATION, RETENTION, TRAINING, AND WELL-BEING FOR EMPLOYEES IS REQUIRED.
- The successful candidate will oversee the cycle of staff performance evaluations, manage day-to-day human resource concerns, and create and implement policies and procedures pertaining to employees.
- This role requires EXCELLENT COMMAND OF BOTH ENGLISH AND URDU, as well as SUPERB INTERPERSONAL, COMMUNICATION, AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with recruitment and overseeing onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, performance, absence, and leave issues, as well as employee relations.
- Managing day-to-day human resource concerns, ensuring that organizational policies are consistently and fairly applied.
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures pertaining to employees.
- Developing and managing employee programs that foster a culture of recognition and reward for exceptional behavior and performance.

- A strong background in human resources, with experience in onboarding, motivation, retention, training, and well-being for employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage conflict effectively.
- Strategic leadership skills, with the ability to drive change management and employee engagement.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and improving employee performance.
- Emotional balance and confidence, with an outgoing personality.
