We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to carry out various tasks in our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing routine maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and installing furniture and equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and appliances
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems
  • Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi would be a plus)
