
Learning Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of participant records, providing structured reporting, and contributing to compliant learning programs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to work closely with our L&D Manager and make a meaningful impact on our organization's learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and refine reports, administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create live sessions and upload SCORM files.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the LMS via reporting and dashboard management.
- Generate standard and custom reports to track training completion and progress.
- At least 3 years of experience in a learning and development or HR administrative role.
- Proven experience with LMS administration and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
