Job Overview

This Management Consultant role involves providing expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them improve their business processes and performance. As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with clients, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing consultative support to clients and ensuring they have access to asset management tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Managing on-site resources and ensuring seamless communication between clients and stakeholders.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance on Process Improvement, Change Management, and data analysis.
  • Collaborating with clients and on-site resources to collect and analyze data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing resources and performing data analysis.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  4. Experience working in a matrixed team environment and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Project.
  6. An MBA or MS in Finance, Management, or HR is preferred but not required (depending on relevant experience).
