Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. This role involves designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and developing relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives
* Managing the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews
* Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders
* Analyzing recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Developing and delivering training programs to enhance recruiter skills and knowledge

Requirements for the role include:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in HR (preferably in a tech or software company)
* Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
