Human Resources Generalist

We're looking for a talented HR professional to join our team as a Recruitment and Employee Experience Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management.

• Recruitment and Hiring:
• Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes to attract top talent in the industry.
• Employee Onboarding:
• Organize comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
• HR Strategies:
• Design and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Employee Development:
• Plan training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Performance Management:
• Monitor employee performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback for growth and improvement.

You'll be working closely with team leads to understand hiring and HR needs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring legal compliance. If you have a passion for building strong teams and creating a positive workplace culture, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in HR (preferably in a tech or software company). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with familiarity with HR software/tools and knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
