Job Title: MBB RAN Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Wireless Network Planning and Implementation Expert to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement wireless networks for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
  • Configure, maintain, and upgrade BSC6900, BSC6910, BTS3900, DBSC3900, and OMU/BAM/BSC9600/6910 systems.
  • Expand 2G, 3G, and 4G sites.
  • Commission new sites and perform basic radio tuning.
  • Analyze network performance, monitor alarms, and report on occurring faults.
  • Perform bandwidth expansion of LTE sites and license installation.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, with a strong understanding of wireless networks architecture and site survey/site design.
  • Knowledge of Huawei wireless and power hardware, including antennas, AAUs, RRUs, BBUs, microwave, and rectifier systems.
  • Understanding of design layouts, power rating measurement, and accessories calculation standards.
  • AUTO-CAD knowledge and experience in designing indoor and outdoor layouts (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and other productivity software.
