Federal Acquisition Specialist

Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead federal government sales opportunities and bids across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant solicitations, crafting and submitting competitive proposals, and ensuring compliance with U.S. federal contracting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, and tenders on SAM.gov, Unison, SEPTA, and related portals.
  • Develop, write, and submit compliant and competitive bids/proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, technical, operations) to gather pricing, technical specifications, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain a bid calendar and track all submissions, deadlines, and award status.
  • Nurture relationships with procurement officers, federal agencies, and contracting officials.
  • Stay current on federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and ensure compliance with all requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline, submissions, and success ratios.
