Job Description

We are seeking a visionary marketing leader to drive strategic brand growth, digital innovation, and guest engagement across all channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of creativity and performance marketing, with a deep understanding of positioning a brand in both local and international markets.

  • Digital Strategy & Revenue Optimization: Lead campaigns that drive direct bookings via digital platforms and optimize performance across OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and metasearch.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn to boost reach, conversions, and engagement.
  • Brand Development: Build, refine, and manage the brand presence with a consistent and authentic voice across all touchpoints.
  • Corporate Communications: Oversee internal and external communications, press releases, media relations, and stakeholder messaging with clarity and purpose.
  • Storytelling & Content: Craft compelling narratives and campaigns that connect emotionally with audiences — from romantic getaways to business travel stories.
  • Partnerships & Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, design, and leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives.
What We're Looking For
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing (hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle sectors preferred)
  • Strong grip on OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.) and digital analytics tools
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, ad performance optimization, and brand building
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, and PR
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude
  • Creative, collaborative, and data-driven
