Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to help us elevate our online presence. As a key contributor to our marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage the creation and scheduling of content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, compile comprehensive reports, and offer data-driven recommendations.
  • Design and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on analytical insights and ROI assessments.
  • Optimize advertising resources and expenditures to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication skills and facilitate training sessions as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels.
  • Able to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
