The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in basic IT training and a graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assistant: Provide exceptional support to senior officials, handle various administrative tasks, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Stenotypist: Transcribe dictations with high accuracy, take minutes during meetings, and prepare official documents.
  • UDC: Maintain accurate records, provide clerical support, and assist in data entry.
  • LDC: Perform administrative tasks, handle correspondence, and contribute to data entry.
  • Driver: Safely transport officials and personnel to designated locations, ensuring timely arrival and departure.
  • DR: Operate vehicles efficiently, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and adhere to traffic rules.
  • Naib Qasid: Perform general housekeeping tasks, maintain office equipment, and provide support to senior officials.
  • Sweeper: Ensure a clean and hygienic work environment by sweeping floors, cleaning offices, and performing related tasks.
Requirements
  • Age Limit: Varies depending on the position (18-30 years)
  • Education/Qualification:
    • Assistant: Graduate degree and Basic IT Training Course
    • Stenotypist: Intermediate degree and minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m in shorthand/typing
    • UDC: Intermediate degree and 13 weeks Basic IT Training Course
    • LDC: Matric degree, minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m, and 3 weeks Basic IT Training Course
    • Driver: Primary Pass and valid driving license holder
    • DR: Primary Pass and valid driving license holder
    • Naib Qasid: Primary Pass
    • Sweeper: Primary Pass
