Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

This includes leading a team of digital marketers and other marketing professionals, overseeing all marketing projects across 5 channels (SEO, SMM, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, PPC), and ensuring alignment with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
  • Monitor PPC campaigns and make adjustments as per results (Keywords pause and active).
  • Add or update Ad Extension In All PPC Campaigns.
  • Monitor budgets and oversee Google, Bing, and social platform accounts.
  • Track 8 marketing KPIs (CPL, MQLs, Customer Retention, Cost per Customer Acquisition, Marketing ROI, SQLs, Opportunity-to-Win Ratio, Sales Revenue) and produce reports for management.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other aspects of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
  • Set up Google Analytics Goals for all projects to track conversions.
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues.
  • Provide weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Create strategic documents of all projects and execute all digital marketing 5-channel strategy.
  • Design, build, and maintain the social media presence of each marketing project according to competitive analysis.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Keep tracking of all marketing tools (Google and Bing analytics, webmaster, Google My Business/Bing Places, Google Ads, Bing Ads) to monitor the performance of the projects and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Use advanced metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Act as the owner of our website performance, focusing on optimizing search and user experience.
  • Develop strong bonds with team members to meet client goals.
  • Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Find ways to reduce the risk of fake clicks on overall PPC Campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends.
  • Collaborate with web development and design teams to provide marketing-related guidance on the company's web presence.
  • Collaborate with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve SEO results for the company's site(s).
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, and social media marketing is required. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential.
