About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our agile team. This role will involve providing backend support to our Salesforce CRM platform, building scalable and robust solutions using AGILE development methodologies with a focus on high availability to end users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and supporting the Salesforce platform. Key responsibilities include being part of an agile team that designs, develops, and maintains the enterprise Salesforce platform and other related software applications.

Additional responsibilities include participating in design sessions for new product features and capabilities, producing technical design documents and participating technical walkthroughs, engineering components and common services based on standard corporate development models, languages and tools, collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical partners, and supporting and maintaining production environments.

What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct development experience with Salesforce, with an overall 5-7 years of application development experience
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Good experience with developing solutions involving relational database technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPQ would be an advantage
  • Prior experience working with global teams would be an advantage
  • Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Scrum development
  • Willingness to work in Evening/ Night Shift
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
