We're looking for a Creative Content Strategist who can think both like a marketer and a storyteller. If you're someone who loves mapping out content calendars, ideating fresh campaigns, and building strong communication strategies — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars for various brands and industries, find references, and organize assets.
  • Plan and organize content around brand goals, campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments.
  • Create and pitch creative campaign ideas and strategic content approaches.
  • Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and production teams to align content with larger strategies.
  • Analyze content performance and adjust calendars based on insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at an agency or brand-side.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with a strategic, results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars across multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong skills in using tools like Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or other project management software (bonus).
  • Experience working collaboratively with design and ad teams is a plus.
