  • Design and build scalable backend systems: Create APIs, services, and data pipelines to support our mobile and web applications.
  • Ensure reliability and performance: Optimize system architecture to handle rapid growth and large-scale user activity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, develop, and deploy new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable code: Follow best practices in software development, testing, and documentation.
  • Own deployment and monitoring: Manage services from development to production, ensuring high availability and quick incident response.
  • Improve continuously: Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and best practices to keep our systems modern and efficient.
Requirements:3–5 years of backend development experience, ideally in designing, building, and maintaining production systems.Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, and system design.Proficiency in .NET Core.Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.Hands-on experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).Passion for building reliable, secure, and high-performance systems.Team-oriented mindset: open to feedback, willing to help others, and collaborative in problem-solving.Benefits:
