We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to manage paid campaigns and lead a small team across multiple client accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at managing people, optimizing performance, and turning ad spend into real results.

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategy development.
  • Write and test compelling ad copy and creative variations for performance optimization.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance to meet or exceed client key performance indicators (KPIs).

The successful candidate will have 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns at scale, proven experience leading a team in an agency or multi-client environment, strong knowledge of digital advertising principles, conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics, and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with Google Ads expertise.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
