Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Professional to lead the installation, maintenance and repair of various HVAC systems. This role requires expertise in diagnostics, repairs and installations for split ACs, ducted systems, floor standing units, package units, VRF/VRV and chillers.

As an HVAC leader, you will oversee the commissioning of HVAC systems for residential, commercial and industrial clients. You will also supervise junior technicians and helpers during on-site work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations. They will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits, document site work and testing reports and provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians.

  • Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively and timely
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
  • Conduct energy audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to improve overall system efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in HVAC installation, maintenance and repair techniques
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Familiarity with HVAC software and tools used for diagnostics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires a strong background in HVAC installation, maintenance and repair techniques. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service abilities, as well as strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.

The candidate must be familiar with HVAC software and tools used for diagnostics and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
