Technical Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our organization in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mobile technology and be proficient in Adobe Suite.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist brand custodians in conceptualizing Android apps.
  • Gather requirements around app functionality and translate them into elegant solutions.
  • Collaborate with creative designers to design user UI for the app.
  • Develop prototypes to gauge scope and usability of the app.
  • Coding the app from scratch using required languages and tools, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs.
  • Work alongside web developers to create and maintain a robust framework supporting multiple apps.
  • Standardize platforms and apps to deliver across multiple brands, minimizing effort.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends in mobile technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite.
  • Proficient knowledge of iOS applications.
  • Self-motivated and excellent communication and presentation skills.
