Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to enhance our technology division. As a leader in software development, you will promote innovative architecture through cutting-edge patterns and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions using novel approaches to solve technical challenges.
  2. Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that integrate seamlessly with systems.
  3. Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met.
  4. Analyze and visualize large, diverse data sets to drive continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
  5. Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to enhance coding hygiene and system architecture.
  6. Implement and manage identity and access management solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and data.
  7. Drive cloud initiatives, including designing and deploying scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
  8. Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols in identity and access management and cloud environments.
  9. Mentor and develop team members in programming languages, identity and access management, and cloud technologies.
Requirements
  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
  • Proficient in programming languages and coding, with a strong ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, AI, machine learning, mobile).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in programming languages and cloud technologies, specifically AWS (EC2, EKS, S3), with leadership experience in these areas.
  • Experience with NoSQL and relational databases, with the ability to guide database strategies.
  • Experience with containerization and familiarity with Kafka, with the ability to lead containerization efforts.
  • Good understanding of the financial industry, with the ability to align technology strategies with business goals.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management in the financial domain.
  • Experience with identity management systems.
