We're currently seeking an experienced software professional to join our team as a Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor job execution, troubleshoot job failures, and restart jobs if required. Ensure job dependencies and priorities are met.

  2. Handle IPL (Initial Program Load), role swaps, troubleshoot job failures, and restart jobs if required. Perform weekly housekeeping activities, submit, schedule, and manage batch jobs using tools like JCL to maintain service availability. Ensure service resiliency and release incomplete jobs.

  3. Monitor alert consoles and logs for errors or performance issues. Start, stop, and restart system components as needed. Respond to system messages and alerts to ensure service availability.

  4. Collaborate in a dynamic and agile environment. Be approachable and supportive as part of a global team.

  5. Support round-the-clock operations and ensure high availability of systems by managing incidents efficiently.

  6. Attend weekly retrospective calls and contribute to process automation and elimination of toil from business-as-usual activities.
