Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, building relationships with clients and prospects, and driving revenue growth through new business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients and prospects, and drive revenue growth through new business development.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business growth strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of marketing and business development associates, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and achieving goals.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Research & Strategy: Strong research and strategic analysis skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
